our fairly quiet and fantastic room was equipped with the basics like central heating, a laptop-compatible safe and multi-channel tv. the view from the room was particularly good.

Location: the hotel was very close to Mall and San Pedro Garza Garcia. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like La Divina Vita that is only 5 minutes' walk away. Booked a room with awesome views of the mountains;))

The staff are friendly and cute, always greeting guests with a smile.
The first room I was assigned was dirty, with unclean floors and noticeable trash. The air conditioning system was inadequate, and I had to request a room change, which also presented cleanliness problems. It's unfortunate that such a great location could not compensate for the lack of proper maintenance and attention to detail in the rooms.

great stay, but limited dining options
The King Suite I stayed in was impressively designed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, nice for a restful night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the city view. Nearby, the vibrant neighborhood had plenty of interesting spots to explore.
The dining options could definitely use more variety.
